Re: MIB Nerolizer.

The Neuralyzer is a favorite amongst MIB collectors. If my memory serves right, there have been about 4 or 5 versions that I know of, ranging from store-bought toy to static resin prop to one with working electronics.

You might do a search on keyword "Neuralyzer" in the Junkyard (note spelling), and contact people who are selling, or sold, kits now or in the past.

Good luck!

Re: MIB Nerolizer.

Thanks for the info.If anyone else can give me some info on who made them that would be nice.Especially the metal models. Thanks

Re: MIB Nerolizer.

Off the top: (prop quality)
SD studios
DStines
MR

All are very pricey. At LEAST 400.00.

Really? I have a MR one with stand and box and all the paperwork and would sell it for less... lets say... $350? Who wants? :D

Welp. I stand corrected. The MR one does indeed run 325.00-350.00. I would have sworn that it was in the low 400's a few months back. :confused
Time to put the crack pipe down...

Here are some pics of the MR version (MR based theirs on the MIB2 version).

Complete MR Neuralyzers have been averaging over $500 over the last few months on eBay.... I just sold one over the weekend for a little over $300, but that was for the prop only (no case, stand, or paperwork)...

OK, here's what I know of what's available:

The MR Neuralyzer, based on the prop used in MIB2, with blue LED

The SD Studios Neuralyzer, based on the prop used in MIB1 with the 1:1 year display and red LED

Coyle's Neuralyzer, based on the prop used in MIB1 without the 1:1 year display but with red LED

There's also the toy neuralyzer you see on Ebay from the Alien Attack ride.

Thanks for all the info guys.I'd like to get an MR but the prices are a little beyond me right now.I wouldn't mind getting one without the box or paperwork as long as it's in good shape.

I owned a MR one, picked it up off Evilbay for around $225, and sold it a few years later for about $450. Nice little prop, but hard times hit, so it had to give up the green ghost.

DStines also made one. I saw it on eBay a while back. I might have saved a picture from the auction, I'll have to see. It had a feature where it charged the internal batteries when it was resting on its display stand. I sent him a PM and asked him to confirm that he made one. He said he did, but wouldn't answer my return email with some specific questions about design features or additional pictures. :(

Does anyone know about the screen used one? Are they floating around somewhere?

Rick? ;)

I just put my MR neuralyzer on ebay, but I'm interested in the screen used one...

I am glad someone remembered I did a run of them.
I would point out mine was done before MIB2 and is the most accurate version made. And it is accurate to the screen used model, if anyone remembers the one with the LED display was over sized and only used for inserts, and my model was the same size and details used by the actors within the film.
I say this because A) I have help in to form of a copy of a real face plate and real knobs and B) a great machinist who also is a fan and he made sure we did it right.
We did only 40 of them.

I wish they would fix this so I can write in WORD and cut and paste.

I can do that on most sites but this one.
