So, I have always loved those gadgets and the new one certainly is sleek, it may not have the same charm as it's older cousins, but looks cool. Problem is......Where are the pics?
I was barely featured in the movie.
What does the back of it look like? Are there control buttons?
etc., etc. I looks very cool, but i'm dying to see the back of it.

It was designed with a black back so a CG control panel could be added.

Hmm, very interesting. I wonder what the replica neuralyzers are going to have for rear panels? Hopefully more than a decal..:love

The small button on the side controls the pop up mechanism. There is a rectangular button on the back side that triggers the LED flash.

The back was supposed to be a touchscreen display, like an iPhone. I was surprised they didn't do an insert shot showing the controls.

I noticed that on the el-cheapo toys that are on sale, and was wondering why on earth they would put a touchscreen decal like that. Now I get it :lol

Thanks :):thumbsup

Hmmm, how is it held together? I don't see the flashy button thingy.
I think it would be a fun prop to try and make, as in a one-off, just for me, to hold me over untill a proper replica comes along! :love

SAT pointed out the flash button is on the back. It's pretty faint.

For a while I thought that the NEW-ralyzer had been designed to more resemble a smartphone with camera. That added bit of disguise considering how common seeing people flash each other in public is (that sentence is... :confused)

But anyway....the toy certainly does look very smartphone-ish which makes me wonder if the toy was based off an older design.

I was not impressed with the new design, loved the shot-gun though

You said "I don't see the flashy button thingy".

What do you mean by "hold it together".

Does anyone have a pick of Agent K's 1961 Neuralyzer attached to his belt at The Cape?

I loved that gag. I thought it might be a reference to how the original props with the LED year display were attached to a control box and static.

I agree. There is one pic online that shows the hand device. It's the box on Agent K's belt that seems to be elusive.
