thanks for takin the time to post those pics.
I'm goin for the well known shot of him standing in front of the tdk suit, but the suit's back is to the camera. So you see his head over the right shoulder of the suit. In this shot his expression is pretty straight, but his brows are a bit tensed up, like you see in this sculpt.
I did notice I got an unnatural groove going just below his left eye. I need to blend that in. Can't see making him much more gaunt, or I might end up with him in the Machinist. However, I do notice a difference in facial definition between BB, and TDK. Either age, or weight loss, or something. Maybe lighting. dunno.

because he was much skinner for TDK, and even more so in Terminator

in the scene where you get a great shot of him in the begins shot when he
uses the grapler to pull the guy from the dogs, you see how much skinnier
he was this time

so your right about as gaunt as you should be
