Men in Black III: Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones & Josh Brolin as a young agent k!

Re: Men in Black 3 Coming Soon...

From what I've heard of the story, a "small moon" appears in the night sky, and soon, white clad troops come to the planet in a shuttle with an ominous man in black with a breathing problem. The MIB must deal with this menace before more star systems suffer the same fate.

Re: Men in Black 3 Coming Soon...

Can't wait, bring on the neuralyzers.

Heck yes!

I'm optimistic about this. I think Men in Black has always been a great potential franchise, and while I enjoyed the second movie, I realize it didn't really seal the deal. Here's hoping MIB 3 can do that.

(Wouldn't mind a slightly darker side of adventure, either. To balance out the comedy. I enjoyed the creeper-darkness of the generally crappy movie tie-in PC game they released around the first movie.)

Re: Men in Black 3 Coming Soon...

I'm in. I just hope we don't have to suffer through a new Will Smith song to go along with the marketing blitz.

Re: Men in Black 3 Coming Soon...

Sweet I love Men in Black :), agree while the second wasn't as good as the first I still enjoyed it.

I'm sure there will be another music video, betcha that's in smiths contract :rolleyes

Re: Men in Black 3 Coming Soon...

I am really excited about this, I hope they tap Rick to do the props again!

In all honesty, I hate remakes but squeals are cool and I'm really looking forward to this one... Men in Black III

Not a major spoiler but... Will Smith goes back in time and interacts with a younger agent k from 1969

Story: Josh Brolin Is the Young Tommy Lee Jones in 'Men in Black III' - MOVIE TALK on Yahoo! Movies

Will Smith doesn't need anyone to play him as a younger version of him. That guy will look the same until he's over 70 years old, haha!

Wow, great likeness. I wasn't nuts about part 2, but I don't see how another sequel can be a bad thing. It'll either be a lot of fun or it won't, no biggie.

He's a perfect young Kay, but I'm still not convinced that a time travel story was the best way to go. While I love the comedic potential, Jay being a modern black man zapped back to 1960s New York, and Alec Baldwin as the 60s head of MiB, I just can't help but think there were other directions the franchise could have gone.

Then again, I probably take Men in Black way too seriously, so we'll see.

Dang, he looks just like him!

Where is everybody getting this Alec Baldwin thing? He's not credited for it on IMDB. If he is young Rip Torn I couldn't be happier, but I'm not seeing any evidence of that.

Not surprisingly, Rip Torn will not be in the film. Zed is being replaced by a female head-of-MiB played by Emma Thompson.

Just went to find a source for the Bladwin thing, and it looks like he has dropped out of the production. Hrm.
Wonder who will replace him.
