Just finished my handmade sais the morning I went to the convention I had intended to wear my cosplay at for the weekend (Ai-Kon, Winnipeg MB).
They're not perfect, but it's the closest I can get to these with my current skillset:

I got mine from Amazon. ;__;

I had to dye it a brighter red since it was very cherry/wine colored.

Did you use the scarlet coloured dye? They were out of the red in my size so I had to get the grey and need to dye it. Thanks

Yes, scarlet dye. But due to the nature of the material, I would recommend getting iDye Poly instead of Dylon to have an even more richer red and to adhere to the cotton stretch blend more.
