Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Been sanding for the last hour. Glad I have a respirator.

Paul, good advice. I already have the aluminum-resin, but I'll do a test run before committing anything to resin. I guess as long as I have the mold of the "candidate" tool, all should be well.

Great work. If I could make a small suggestion, if you made a negative mold in Ultracal or something with some strength you'd get much sharper edges on your vacuum pulls.
