I just saw this on Facebook two days ago. This 11-inch long die-cast looks kinda OK but I ma not sure of the scale. The pre-order (would they increase it later?) price looks OK. Although I am not very familiar with the Spinner, but I do notice some of the details such as the missing grey square on the front dash, the obscured detail on the middle front light (should be clear) and the two windows on the roof above the seats are now opaque. I was hoping for a shot under the chassis too but its not there.

I presumed they called it the Blade Runner 2049 Spinner as after re-watching the scene again, where the Spinner was destroyed by a missile, the over-head display inside the canopy was not there. I hope it would be a matter of time before some decides to light it (not me) and maybe even create the figures to go with it (definitely, not me). So, anyone getting one?

Agreed!
The Medicom Spinner was much more accurate and a LOT cheaper-
Yeah, about that. Took me ages to find one within reasonable price without success. So, I had to settle for a 1/24 Fujimi which, was also selling out fast.

Maybe I'll grab one, accurate or not, and hug this 11-inch piece to sleep since it's an 'unbreakable' die-cast...

Yep, too many things missing or not accurate at all...not for that price either:rolleyes:
Really appreciate this hard learned advice so typical of many experts on this site. I have a great affection for the Blade Runner Spinner and am researching design details available on the web. Impossible to obtain this type of input if not for the “years of sharp eyes” from folks like you. So, if I launch off down the road on this project, many thanks to all of you.

Interesting side note- the Spinner we see Deckard has stashed in Vegas is not the same model as seen in the first film. It has the same basic shape but if you zoom in a lot of features are different. In the real world the original spinner was expensive to build with all the curves and surface detail, since it was more of a cameo appearance before getting blown up they did not want to spend too much on it. It the film's universe I see it like a police department having a number of Crown Vics from different years in their car pool. A 1975 would look similar to a 1982 model. both do the same job but when you compare them you see they are not identical. For me that just makes the film a little 'more real'
