Mass Effect N7 Breather Helmet,EVA Foam Build.

This is my first EVA foam build and thought I`d share it with you all. I found it a bit ambitious as a first build but learnt alot along the way,thought Id include a a few pics of the different areas I`d worked on aswell as the finished piece, just need to figure out now how to do the visor and the best paint process to use any advice or tips would be much appreciated as I`m new to this type of project.

Look into PVA to seal the foam, and plastidip to paint it

With the PVA glue do you apply as is, or dilute with water, how many coats would you apply and can or does this need to be sanded before adding the plastidip coat, thanks for your comments and the response, much appreciated.

You can apply as is, some people prefer to dilute it with water but I prefer not to as I find that tends to cause bubbles. If there are any big imperfections, especially drip lines, sanding it a bit before you apply the plastidip is good. Or you can simply sand the plastidip after.
