So it's confirmed that Coulson and Melinda May both know EXACTLY what's up with Sky's parents, but aren't saying. That has got to be a big deal, and would justify her continued presence on the team.
The secret behind Coulson's "death" is a big deal to people outside of SHIELD too.
I like how the story connected with the robotic exploding eye tangent.
This show is awesome. I can not wait till January 7th!

This one hit a sweet spot for me. I'm a sucker for good people doing bad things wanting to turn things around, and seeing Mike fill that role was well done. Also, even though the driving scene with Coulson and Grant was obviously green screen (passing by the same stop sign, buildings, Coulson steering despite the car going perfectly straight), I thought the lighting work on the actors was fantastic. They actually matched the exterior footage!
And unfortunately for all those hoping that there would be a bi curve for Coulson, the Cellist is now confirmed female.

I have a feeling will will eventually see someone in a Marvel movie playing a cello and be very surprised to see who it is.
Ah, more fallout from the Grant-May hookup. "Don't flatter yourself."
Chloe Bennett's getting more and more comfortable in her role as Skye and is still upping her game as an actress.
May blowing up at Skye was well played, as was Skye's reaction. Now Skye definitely knows that Coulson and May know much more than they are telling her.

If that's true, then I only have one thing to say: Coulson, you magnificent, cradle-robbing cad.

Coulson did say the cello player and the Avengers still think he is dead. Only level 7 Shield agents know he is "alive." Apparently a few villains know too. That secret is sure to be out now, and Sky is sure to not let things go regarding her past. Now she knows Coulson and May are the ones hiding something. One of her parents must be some villain they are hiding her from.
Could be worse: I can still remember an episode of The A-Team where they were in Florida and there were mountains in the background. Florida doesn't have mountains.

Reminds me of the movie Stick It... Supposedly set in Houston, Jeff Bridges' character has to be taken to the hospital (he aggravated his bad back). They even went so far as to get a good replica of a Harris County EMS vehicle... all with mountains in the background.

Could Coulson kidnapping have something to do with the new Captain America movie?.... I'm thinking that maybe the Winter soldier could maybe use the centipedes version of the Extremis combined with what ever thing makes coulson tick.? Now that they have made a Ironman 3 and thor 2 and the three other members of Avengers (Hulk,Hawkeye,Black Widow)is not going to get a movie done soon anyway they could bring Coulson back into the game by reveal that he is "alive" for Captain. They (marvel) only have that space movie that not going to be on earth anyway left before Avengers 2 is ready. so it would fit i would like to think.

Hmm, watching the last episode of this after the last episode of Arrow doesn't look very well for AoS. Not at all.
For a comic book show, the best they can do is re-using one super enhanced guy that nobody knows ? I'm not asking for one of the Avengers to show up, but I'm sure there are plenty of real marvel heroes they could use... I mean Hawkeye, Widow, Falcon, all these guys are agents of shield as well that actually do stuff, but all we get is the clean up crew... Is it too much to ask for some comic book action ? I'll see if they will pick up their game for the rest of the season, but if they don't and they manage to get a second season anyway, that will be without me.
