Jordan your helmet is primo work. I remember when I first saw the design sketch on my Marvel Now Cap Comic cover and thinking how awesome the design was. You have definitely brought that to life! :thumbsup

Thanks! The final helmets will be cast Royal Blue in tinted urethane, with royal blue nylon chin straps, with blue side release buckle and a custom resin Royal Blue chin cup. The A and Wings will be brushed with aluminum powder before the urethane is poured.

This thread is old, and long done. I ended up re-working the 3D model and did a larger, much different looking version. Which is done. You can see that here.
