I wonder if that's intentional. Like, not so much trying to be Marty jeans, but trying to be vintage style jeans. So someone ordered some 1050/1015s unknowingly and used that to pattern and mass-produce.

I think it’s intentionally trying to be a vintage style. I wasn’t around back then but GUESS was probably more relevant then and their stuff was really popular.

Here’s another one. I wouldn’t mind buying one of these but the sizing starts at like 34 (XS) kinda weird

The ONE THING that's too different is the back belt loops. ALL of the 1010/10100 series jeans as well as others like the 1075s and 10200s (as far as I have seen) have double back middle belt loops regardless of size, from 22 to 32 waist.

Yeah other companies seem to have done it at least partially. I think I would rather buy these new ones I’m finding out about than modern GUESS.

The ones form GStyleUSA the only differences are those gold button things on the sides and the main button seems to be a silver color but other than that they look pretty close
