Hi guys my name is mallet man, I've started work on Mark 42 this is the first build I have done.
I have spent plenty of time looking at different methods for making these suits and I think I have landed on
one that will work pretty well in terms of look and cost. It is inspired from this guide I found
Making the full suit come together
I think with more layers and fewer gaps, combining red armour with a red morph suit it will look pretty good!
I will put pics up soon, still working on the templates atm so nothing too interesting to see yet!
Any tips anyone can give me on treating the foam with pva glue an spray painting it vs using the vinyl method in the link
above would be great!? pros an cons on how to fix the foam to the morph suit
