ok I got my chest done.. Well not all of it but 98% done.. I used gaiatron foam unfold on page 2... I would advise if you have done foam before to look at each piece before you cut it... Leave room for the foam to sit on top of each other... Here are my pics.. I even tho I am only 5"8 I left the the file on default because I have a wide upper body.. I am sure the back piece will change it a little so I hope someone gets the back done soon for foam.. Here are my pics of what I have done so far. In my Stan Lee signed Mark 42 helmet :eek

I thought the current files available WERE pepped for paper. The un-folds are a bit messy, but they have tabs, and I have evaluated a few of the parts to be sure, and they seem to fold for paper. Am I wrong? The files are brilliant, btw! LOVE them!!! :love

The files I have posted are not properly unfolded... I am to busy making the model right now to work on them.... Some others have made unfolds tho

This is amazing! Great job BSD and all the unfolders! I was waiting for my stack of 6 mm foam to come in so I could start my mark 42 build, but now this is having me rethink my costume of choice. Curse my indecisiveness!
