And being Rubies, I wonder if it will be like their line of Star Wars Characters holding candy bowls and be hollow/flat on the back. For the price point, I don't hate it. But it's Rubies so chances are the final product might look significantly worse.

The Mattel doll is currently $5 off at Target. I finally picked one up. If any one has the Zenix control knob, here's a great display idea. You can get a 1/2" x 1" hex bolt at Home Depot for 46 cents. I bore a hole big enough to push the bolt through on his hand and threaded the knob on.

The Empire remnants would have done much worse to him.Did he scream at all?

You could drill into the palm and put a magnet in it instead so it’s easily removable. The Mattel doll is currently $5 off at Target. I finally picked one up. How do you attach the belt? I bought grommets, but they aren’t long enough to go through 2 pieces of webbing.Rothco Vintage Double Prong Buckle Belt
I received the following information from Rothco which confirms the XL Belt has 8x sets of close holes, on-screen there is 7x sets seen + the 1x set the rivets go through on the reverse of the belt, so it would appear this is the belt we need, hope this info helps.
"Size XL has 20 sets of holes total. There are 12 sets of holes starting at the buckle that are 3” apart, then there are 8 sets of holes that are 1” apart (so that you can select your waist size). There is a 3” space at the end of the belt with no holes"

I used Chicago Screws with mine.
How did you installed them in the helmet?
I didn't? I was responding to NedSkywalker's question about how you attach the Rothco Double Prong Belt to the Bag to use the Rothco Belt as the shoulder strap for it.
If you're asking about using Chicago screws for attaching a visor, I used 2-part JB Weld to attach one side of the screw into the helmet at the various attach points, then marked their location on my cut visor, & drilled the holes in it.How did you installed them in the helmet?

Sorry if that's but what you were asking, but I couldn't find your original post.
EDIT: Here's my build thread in case you wanted any more info.

My Mando Bucket (COMPLETED... I think)
My kids bought me a 3D printed Mando helmet for Christmas, but due to some delays from the Etsy seller, it just came in today. Now, I know it's not accurate, but I'm going to love it anyways since it was a gift. Since I knew what I was getting, I started collecting what I thought I'd need for...www.therpf.com
This is what I used. Hope it works for you. If you find something better, let me know.Thanks...that was exactly what I wanted to know. What did you used for the Visor..looks really good and dark.
