I was wondering if anyone here knew how to make a helmet from scratch like the molding and the casting, because I have no idea where to start. I wanted to make a ncr helmet from fallout new Vegas for a cosplay because I wanted to add some cool features to it. The thing is I can't or have I ever made a helmet from scratch so this is all new to me. If you know any websites that can tell the materials and the steps need to make a helmet I would be very grateful.
Also whats the best material to make a helmet out I have no idea. I heard of pepkera but I don't know what that is.
