Hi all,
I recently picked up a couple of the Ma.K. 3000 kits from eBay. The Nutrocker, and the Fledermaus, which I built first. These are excellent kits. I love the innovative designs and the whole alternate history concept.
The Fledermaus was finished in a splinter-camo scheme, using WWII RLM colors. Weathering was done with an X-acto blade and powdered pigments in several rust and dusty shades.
I also added a photo-etched seatbelt set (didn't really like the pilot) and some dry transfer data stencils from Hobby Link Japan.
This was a fun build and I'm already itching to start the Nutrocker.
Pics.
There are several more in my photobucket album. Feel free to check 'em out. And if anyone has any feedback on weathering, I'd love to hear it.
Thanks for looking.
