Majora's Mask for my Skull Kid cosplay (WIP)

Work in Progress of my Majora's Mask for the Skull Kid cosplay I'll be wearing at the 2014 Symphonic Legends concert in London. Looking forward to painting it, gonna go for a more weathered, beaten-up look than a lot of the 'cleaner' replicas I see. Bondo sculpt on top of fiberglassed pepakura model, will be sculpting details in milliput as soon as it arrives...











I've pencilled the details on roughly so I have something to sculpt over. Will update as I do more... Any feedback is welcome!

Once I've sculpted the details and done some weathering I'm going to give it a coat of filler primer, then a black undercoat and brown drybrush with a matt paint to get a kind of 'wood' effect. After that I'll probably use bold acrylics and add some more weathering to the paint job to make it look all 'mysterious and ancient'.
