I used a file I found on the web, I try looking for the link for you but for some reason I cant find it anywhere on the net anymore. I think I have the file at work if you need it.hey man which pep file did you use?
Ok, I use the pep file created by dung0beetle, his links are all out of date though (View Profile: dung0beetle - 405th Infantry Division), if you like PM me with your email address and I can send you the file, I found it @ work.hey man which pep file did you use?
Sweet, can't wait to see your original Magneto Helmet finished! Thanks homie. I believe that is the same file I have as well in my library. Your helmet came out great.
The links I used for this download were taken down a long time ago, this is a file by Dung0Beetle, and all his links on the dented helmet are all bad now.Where did you get the pep file for he helmet? Came out fantastic!
Thanks, and yes you should. I would like to see the finished result on yours.Came out really nice! Reminds me I need to get back to finishing up mine. Doing it from scratch in clay and its been sitting for a few months.
Ok, I used a 2mm double sided tape (foam not rubber), it wasn't tall enough so I used two, on on top of the other, first I outlined the edge with a pen, then taped the outside parameter with the double sided tape, about 4mm using two, once I taped the whole edge parameter, I build up the edge to the height of the tape 4mm all around the helmet. I didn't wait until the bondo dried completely, otherwize it would have been a pain, so I removed it when the bondo was curing, when it was hot in between curing and set state. Can you expalin more about how you did the details with the double sided tape. How do you remove it once the bondo is dry??? Or do you remove it before the bondo dry out?
yeah man, It was super easy that way!I love the idea of the double sided tape
could ya send me the pep file so i can make it for my bro gregberserker13@aol.com thanks so much
