While scavenging thru my stuff i found several mg42 demilled kits and saw this flash hider... good example of how the old German Mg42 flash hiders were made

Please do NOT use this ANH flash hider for reference! The overall appearance might be good, but the details are slightly off, esp. the bullet shaped cut-outs, which are absolutely INaccurate on your (MR?) fh.
The bullets cut are wrong???? you got any better pic????? How about the overall shape and the holes up front????
In this pic the flash hider is on crooked and the holes look like there not drilled thru????? am i crazy
the slots are narrow and the space in between looks the be even... when i scale both i think the dc is a little long... but the radius and the champhers in the back are more correct....the mc knurl and groove at rear look to deep also
I need to get all versions straight because im going to do them all at once!! i did figure out how to make the wing nut on the gredo killer ....

This is a real mg81 flash hider its drilled,, the one in the Han pic above does not look drilled thru??? Thats a great picture Henry just sent me some close ups too... is this rusting ??
Dont worry My Friend Pedro ,,, i use my down time and leap frog thru several projects... im waiting on the bulk of the m19 bodies to get here.... I did get my mirrors and lens for this in today... Hoping they are the right focal lenghts..

I'm not sure if I should give you a hard time for working on that instead of the scope or jump for joy to see another flash hider maker!I have a Todd's hider I can loan you for reference if you're interested. I'm not sure how accurate it's considered to be, but it looks right to me (perhaps the knurl isn't quite right though).
