I took a swing yesterday at making a really inefficient mesh for this part. It's attached below, in case someone better at modeling can do a more printer/CNC-friendly version.
Thanks for posting this. I think you did a great job. I had one printed and used Rub n Buff. It looks a little larger in the picture, but it is actually very close to the original.
What’s fun is, it looks like a downsized Ford v6 distributor cam synchronizer with the guts removed......
