Man can't wait for second run!
I like mine so much I may order a second! Just watched ROTJ last night (watching TFA Wednesday, IMAX sold out till then), and hearing the "clink" sound from the slightly loose emitter as Vader handed the saber to the emporer, and it sounding just like mine when I initially had it slightly loose, was awesome. I used Trent's paint masks to paint it, and paused the movie a couple times to show the others how the paint matches exactly. 'Twas epic. Thanks again for doing this run.

Because the V2 has this rod holding the emitter on, and what was said above, I always thought lightsabers were supposed to have clinky parts when you moved them, making them feel more substantial. I thought the clink was added post production, like handling guns in movies, but the fact it was real makes me so much happier.....as does making the noises myself.

Man I haven't even touched my V2 in months, haven't had the chance to put it together and paint it up yet. 
I have a saber list to get through:
V2, Vader ESB (or ANH, haven't decided yet) with all of Roy's parts and a TFA/ESB with my real Graflex and Roy's kit.
I've been saying for the last month or so that these are all my "winter projects" lol.

Lol, been meaning to post some in the showoff thread, just need to get the last detail done: the gaffers tape around the neck. Had some, but I fubar'ed it, and being in South America now for the next few months, can't even get duct tape in black. I just bought some blue painter's tape and will be applying it and painting it flat black tomorrow as a temporary solution until I can get some more gaffers tape brought from the States. I also need to pound a few nails with the bottom (seriously), to match the dinged up appearance of the real deal.
Lastly, I'm still debating whether or not the clear coat the painted sections to keep them from wearing off. It looks perfect now, and I don't know if the clear coat will preserve it or accidentally ruin it...
