Low-poly pepakura male human file for original Martinex cosplay?

Hello,

Next year I'd like to attempt Martinex of the original Marvel comics 1990 Guardians of the Galaxy title - the first 5 issues before the artists decided he was too much of a pain to keep drawing. =)

Might anyone have links to similar low-poly body shapes, or even body parts, that I could use in pepakura to try this?

Instead of the standard focus of getting rid of the angles, I would keep them and angle-cut 1/4 or 3/8" EVA foam to get Martinex's shape.

Alternatively, a link to a tutorial on how I might use Pepakura Designer 4.16 to take a 'HD' file and work it into a low-poly format would be great.
