Looking for a Cheap Alternative Craft Foam.

Hey all, I'm wondering if anyone knows of an inexpensive alternative to craft foam that I can get easily or that ships to the US. I'm looking to make an Iron Man suit and really don't want to trade my organs for crazy expensive crafting foam.

Long story short, anyone know where to find good cheap foam? :confused

I think foam is probably the least expensive medium to work in... What foam are you looking at that is "crazy expensive"?

You can get 6mm foam at craft stores (Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabrics, etc) for around a dollar a sheet, 9"x12".

There are some web sites that sell big sheets for fairly cheap around 24 bucks for 40" by 80" http://www.foamorder.com/closedcell.html

go to walmart and get a roll of eva foam flour mat.

Here (as in Singapore) sells around USD$5 for one roll of EVA sleepling mats I think around 1.8m x 0.5m x 0.5cm >.<
