Looking 4 Latex

I've got one of those iRobot Sonny heads from Japan. I would like to add a latex / rubber "skirt" around the neck area. Something like the latex found in surgical gloves, color matched (or close to) the whiteish flesh tone of the model. Only need a 12" x 12" (approx.) piece. Any help or leads appreciated.
