LOOKING 4 a Prop/mold maker in Michigan

Looking to start a small company in Nov. I need an expert mold maker, who can do pulls, foam filling and all that good stuff. If you can sculpt that's a plus also looking for a finisher to paint.
These will mostly be large projects and if things go the way I think they will, could be a full time gig in the future. OH I should state this is a paying job.
