Coolest looking “gun” props in cinema history

Phil can take all the credit for recreating the font if he wants, but he doesn't get to claim building of the replica gun or Doppelganger's naming of it.

So, not in a movie, but Adam Strange's gun in Strange Adventures comic. It varies slightly in different fights.

I made a version of it. The barrel has to be angled steeper off the grip to fire straight. It is a laser blaster that makes, "Pew Pew Pew," sounds.

All the DS9 guns for sure! Also a big fan of Wick’s HK P30L as it’s also my first handgun. Living in NY for the majority of my life, and never wishing to jump through all hoops, I was finally able to get one when I moved to state PA. Took all of 10 mins.

Mr Connery with his intimidating looking pellet gun. Yes, pellet gun. Promo photos with a pellet gun as they had forgot the real one, and the legend is it was retrieved from a car trunk/boot to save the day. Plan was to airbrush it out, but that never happened and the pellet gun made it into many promotional materials for years, but never on film.
At least it was still a Walther. The one used that day auctioned for a nice price.

If I remember correctly, in French version, it was a bigger caliber than a .50 on the "Willis/Jackal" movie.......

In the Willis/Jackal movie the grossenboomenschutzen is named as a fictional weapon, a Polish ZSU-33 14.5mm. As mentioned above it is in reality a Browning M2HB .50 caliber machine gun.
