aha, ok. perhaps a more accurate question would be : who do you, the regular RPF members send your hilts to.for weathering and/or installs? the only name I recognize on here atm is halliwax, and he’s a little, well...busy atm. thx for the quick response, v45...

There are many saber manufacturers/vendors on Facebook as well as on forums that are dedicated to making custom sabers and some have their own websites. The Rebel Armory forum and the FX-Sabers forum is a great place to start. I hope that helps.

What kind of saber are you wanting to build? Is there a specific one(s)? Are you looking for movie accurate hilt, or are you after a FX dueling type saber?

I am currently hunting for a top notch weathering guy. I have 3 “unicorn” builds coming up & I want them done by someone who really knows what they are doing. tbh, my experiences using 1 guy for both the weathering & installing have not gone particularly well & as I said, these next 3 builds are 3 of my unicorns - an MK1 fromRoman, the new V2 from SH & the one I’m currently working on is a PP/7C Starkiller, which I’d like heavily weathered -w/some acid aging, if possible. any help getting pointed in that direction would be great!
