No one has displayed a Luke ESB in simulated snow?

Pretty cool idea that I now want to try, unfortunately though there is no snow here in the UK to do that; I can't even remember the last time it properly snowed. No deserts either for an MK1 shoot lol.

Sculpt in whatever substrate you want (slices of wood built up in tiers; hole drilled / cut in the center for the saber to easily slide in and out of?); coat with Plaster of Paris, finish with a layer of what you feel best represents snow, and Bob's your uncle.

Ah 'simulated' I see now, read through your post too quickly lol. That's a super cool idea because you can make it permanent, something to try at some point. You could also attach a rod to the end of the graflex and make it like the stunt prop if you were willing to simulate a large enough area.

Add a well-produced acrylic case to add class, and to contain your "snow" if its loose and granule.

I can’t find it… I swear it was posted here because I asked how he made the snow
