Lighting and Accent LEDs for props

I posted a little bit about these in another thread but figured I would share with a single thread. Note that these battery powered LED strings only come out around Christmas and then they are gone. They make great lighting or accent lights for prop displays..


I found these at Target stores. They come in a variety of color (solid burning and twinkling). Red, Blue, Pink, Warm White, and Yellow if I remember correctly.

I added the frame to my Endo rifle display and put the LEDs behind the graphite border. In the dark, they are almost too bright.

Yep, I try and snag these every year. I get mine from Big Lots though no blinky ones just solid. $4.oo bucks a box

never thought about the value of these things, I saw lots just yesterday in a local store. Think I will have to go take a trip there tomorrow thanks for the tip.

Yes, they are a strand of 18 LEDs.

Finished my Endo rifle display..

Gonna replace the silver screws with black torx screws soon.
