Lifesize Tusken Raider on a budget. Opinions?

First and foremost, a HUGE thank you to Brian (Vader1974) for providing our Tusken's head. The rest just kind of fell into place. When it's all said and done, it cost darn near 250.00 to the penny. Granted, the belts around the waist need to be replaced by a proper ammo belt, and he hasn't been weathered yet, but short of that, he's done. Gaffi, mannequin, robes, everything you see, is currently at 250.00. I just wanted to show the newer members that you don't need to break the bank to have a nice lifesize piece. Hope you guys like it.

The gaffi stick was built under 50.00.
I started with a bathroom handicap railing from Home Depot (seriously!) with one end cut off. I then used a plastic bowl bolted to the curved side. Super sculpy to form the pointy part on the bowl then bondo over the pinty part and the bowl to make it "one". A little sanding to make it smooth. Then I used little round rubber "feet" to make the knobs (the ones self adhesive ones that are used to put on the bottom of statues to keep your table from getting scratched). The spear end was just a wodden dowel sharpened down. The fins were plastic, just cut down and epoxied to the dowel. A little paint and wah-lah! Instant Gaffi. Is it accurate, no. But it's sturdy, lightweight and looks the part!

A little constructive criticism? Add a bit a stuffing to bulk up the hands, with that Gaffi up there like that your eyes are drawn to the hands..
