Just put this baby to bed.. this was the most intricate paint job I've ever done. Hope you guys like her. Eyes are hand painted with epoxy resin coating them.

Very very nice job..looks great..I do believe that custom acrylic eyes would make it look even better, but looks great as is!

Ohhh WOW Steve, awesome paintjob and finish. You are getting better and better my friend. If you want to make the eyes more realistic than I suggest you go and buy epoxy glue, 2 component. It will give any surface a 100% mirror glossy layer. Apply it with a small pensil very fast as it´s dry within a minute. Let it dry for 24 hours and don´t touch it all.
Keep up the great work:thumbsup

Hey Bjorn, I did use the 2 part epoxy on them. I only put one coat on it .It may be hard to see in the pics, but it did work great and I even fooled my wife. She thought they were glass eyes when she saw it. I used the same stuff on the Capt America to coat the glass eyes with. I love using that stuff now. Maybe I'll put a second or third coat. I didn't want to make it too thick. I also used it on her hair beads and the necklace beads.

You did an excellent job on the contrast between the different shades of blue on the face. :cool

The various colors of the feathers really make the piece pop.

I love the way the hair is sculpted. And I already said it, but its prob my favorite painted hairline I've seen.
