I've been on this forum a long time, and I've seen some amazing things. Life size landspeeders, a working Tumbler...this ED209 stands right up there with the coolest builds I've ever seen. Outstanding work. And I LOVE the display with the spent brass around it. Awesome. What else is there to say?

This weekend, he'll be in Santa Clara for BayCon. After that, he might be living in the lobby at the MAKE Magazine headquarters for a while until I get around to moving into a bigger place.

FSF is the Full Scale Falcon project. I'm the lead build here in Huntsville, AL and we're biulding a full scale replica of the Millennium Falcon. We've already built the cockpit with center console and even a quad laser. Things are really beginning to "take off". We're gearing up for cockpit 2 - check out the build link below.

I'm glad you've enjoyed it. Hopefully you found the videos helpful. I got a bit of cash for writing the accompanying articles, but it didn't come close to covering the cost of the materials.
If you get a moment, make sure to share the videos and add comments saying you want more. I'm in the early stages of convincing them that it's worth doing more series like this one.
