Laser cuttering HELP needed!

Is there anyone here with laser cutting facilities?!?

I am looking for a quote on a one-off piece.

This is a prototype for a packaging project, and I need it accurately cut, so that I can test the dimensions.

This should be cut from .5mm white (double sided) card.

Hope that this is the correct place to post this?
