I love mine, still think it is the most EXCELENT helmet out there

I will always love my first Helm! ... True to the concept. As far as size goes on the new version, it will be SLIGHTLY smaller, not much though. I stand by my measuring on the face mask. As far as on the top and backside, yes there is less of it. But if someone wants a small helmet, mine is not the one to choose... Oversized noggins welcome. Lol!

... There is not much to review. The first sculpt was created right after Celebration 7 in April. We all only had concept pics to go by for the overall helmet shape. Now, of course more is being revealed through leaks, mags, figures and such.... So there is much more to go by.... As far as Version 1 and Version 2 the differences are subtle. First, the brow above the eyes.... It is less angled, and also there really is no difference in how prominent the silver and black bands stand out from the brow. It really is an optical illusion. There is only a difference as you bend around toward the ends, on the sides. ... As I mentioned before, there is less on top and on the back of the 2nd version. The overall shape is different. It is not as elongated and stylized as the concept helmet. Next, the 2 lines I removed. They are not there on the movie helmet. Likewise, a few other guessed at features. ... However, I am adding certain dents and scratches which from leaks would indicate they are there. I am also tweaking things all over, this will be my last attempt at sculpting this helmet before the movie arrives. Afterward, I'm sure the big dogs, Anovos and/or Efx will make a true representation of the Kylo Helm....

Lol!... Actually, they have a whole, heck of a lot on me!... They have the actual scans of the actual prop, and a HUGE team of actual prop makers.... Me, I have my two hands and a somewhat decent sculpt of the helmet. ... As far as my resin casting skills, well, let's just say there is a lot to be desired! Haha!... But thank you for the sentiments Doombot!

here is the album of my pictures of the helmet from the toy the metal detailing on the helmet is symmetrical on the toys so most likely an error or oversight but we have a official poster of kylo ren with the same symmetrical detailing so will post the picture of that when i can get my hands on it most likely tomorrow

Great!... It's good to see the placement of the dents are approximately consistent with what I could glean from other leaks... And yes please post the poster when you can!!! Thanks!

There is a whole bunch of new detail that you never saw on the leaked photos . There's one dent on the top of the helmet above the brow that reminds me of Boba Fett's helmet

I will be posting a Limited run in the Projects run for version 2 soon, after I post more pictures of my resculpt. Until then I won't be taking any requests to be on the run... Just keep your eyes posted here, I'll have a update soon.... BTW it will be big enough for ya! Lol Your a great height for Kylo, wish I could borrow a few inches, haha.

I've been watching the Star Wars Global Toy Unboxing event, and they had a 3ft tall Kylo Ren figure where the hood was removable; found some pics of it online:

Looks like the back of the helmet arcs up along the brim slightly, and there are for sure no horizontal grooves on the helmet!
