OK first a little update...Amazon did not come through for me..my visor material now is not available... I know I can get dark green visors here..but the smoked ones do not seem available in Canada..so I am still trying to find them. The cloth I will be getting some at the local fabric store this weekend.

The suspension system I bought to test is a bust too..still looking for a good way to do that as well..any ideas..please email or PM me

If anyone getting finishing work is ok with the dark green tint (looks black from the outside) let me know and I can send pricing for that.

OK I was talking to a friend about the visor.. I can use a clear plastic and put window tint/mesh on it.. the 501st rules are:

• The wearer's eyes and face are blacked out with sheer material or a dark lens which is matte and reflects minimal light.

So there are a variety of options I think..if anyone is interested in getting the eye area covered please chime in..I don't want to do a bunch of research or looking for something to order if nobody cares..

No the finishing right now is just the paint and assembly.. once I get the materials for the visor and "cheeks" I will also give a price for a complete package hoping to get something going this week..

How long does the finishing services typically take? I have seen the amazing job thus far you all have done and cant wait to get mine.
