Good luck with the flash on that camera, it is the weirdest thing I have ever seen and it is a flashbulb as well

Flash Factoid……

The Honeywell Strobonar 300 is actually the Rollei Strobofix E20. Honeywell contracted them for selling in the U.S. and branded them with their model number and name changes.

i have the pentax , the other i agree looks like an nikon f but looking the part is really rare so i think im giving up on this one thanks for all the help guys

I think I’ve found the exact model of the Nikon camera used….F2…..I also found pictures of the AS-1 Flash Unit Coupler.

Here’s the free PDF Manual https://www.cameramanuals.org/nikon_pdf/nikon_f2.pdf

The front pyramid (triangle) and overall shape of the Eye-Level Finder…is well defined..

As promised here is the night strangler camera and flash with correct bar ( I’m pretty sure on the bar.. maybe) the grey padding has rotten with age on all 3 of these I found so I found another bar that had the same marking on the padding but it’s black rubber so no rotting but not grey , but this is the correct set up I think this was hours and hours of looking watching the Blu-ray ect and the promo pic I got off eBay

Well done on the strangler camera set!

So you have all 3 camera setups now?….including the Nikon?

not the nikon , the parts are to rare and expensive for me for just a whatnot on a shelf
I can understand that……. Last price I saw for a vintage Nikon F2 was about $300………that’s quite an expensive paperweight ……lol.

Good on you for what you already accomplished!

Peace

Ok this took months to get all the parts , I found both in a lot of vintage parts , the top cold shoe has a bolt in it with the square bottom the bottom metal tighter was from a rollei bracket , I was watching the Blu-ray and this is the closest I can come with my limited brain power

That’s pretty on the money…….in some of my zoomies that I might have deleted…..I thought I could make out that diamond cut thumb wheel 1/4 thread screw adapter.

Very nice indeed!

Peace

Can you share what the connection is between the rollie 16s tripod mount and the flash (a pic and/or specs of the individual parts?). I can't tell from the cord wrap. I am currently using a 1/4" SmallRig shoe but think this is a better look.
Also, what is the size/type of the shutter cord?
I'm close to getting my outfit complete. Just need seersucker suit/pants, tie and this camera to flash connection. This forum is awesome!
