Killer croc/making extreme muscle suit

Hey all! Im looking to make so xtreme muscle suit. Mostly upper shoulders neck chest and arms. I m looking to do a killer croc cosplay from arkam let me show u what im looking to put together. So you can see i want massive shoulders neck and arms i was thinking carving foam, but how to apply it to me? It will be under a tatterd shirt of some type so you wont see the foam. I know suits have been made, the applying it to some thing i dont know how. I was thinking Maybe a under armor type shirt??? glue??? can any one suggest? Thanks!

M16 is currently making something along the lines of what you're looking for. It's for a Venom costume, so that may be around the same size as Killer Croc.
