I wanted to post some pictures to the forum from our family trip to C2E2 this year. The goal this year was for each day to have a theme and our costumes work together, not sure that worked out 100% but we had fun.
Saturday was "A Justice League of Their Own" we did a warmup at Halloween of just doing the movie A League of Their Own (I will have to post those photos later as I don't have them on hand right now) and then did the same style of costume with Justice League costumes. The characters were: wife - Black Canary (the new 52 design), Daughter -Wonder Woman, Son - The Flash. Me - Batman. The costumes for my son and I were more or less store bought, so they are supper accurate, if we have time we will re-do them to be as awesome as the ladies costumes were that my wife made.
Sunday was Marvel themed. Most of the characters focused on Deadpool (who I was dressed as). Daughter was Squirrel Girl, son was cable (from issue 18 of Cable and Deadpool), wfe was "momino", and I was "Dadpool". I apologies to the actual dadpool, I didn't know the moniker was taken, also I don't plan on going by it, it was just the name of the outfit. We really like puns and it was low hanging fruit when we decided to put together a marvel family cosplay.
I'm not at all skilled with photoshop, but most of these photos were shot in raw with our dslr so if anyone wants to work some magic on them I would owe you at least one beverage of your choice.
