Kelly's Heroes Tiger-34

Hello all,

I've nearly finished my 1/35th scale Tiger-34 conversion/bash. I've applied the decals made for my by Jim Botaitis of JBot Decals and need to do the weathering and add the side netting and foliage. Here are three shots of the Tiger-34 with Karl-Otto posing with his ride.

I want Clint to direct his son, Scott and Kiefer Sutherland in a sequel!
Maybe something like they had to bury the gold and wait out the war and something stops them getting it till all these years later.

Yes it was. They were T-34/85s coverted to look like Tiger 1s for the movie 'Battle of Neretva' filmed on Yugoslavia in1969. the year before Kelly's Heroes.

I won a Silver Award at the Edmonton AMPS show yesterday, pretty chuffed with that result. I also picked up my Oddball Sherman conversion.
Not going to tackle it right away, a few other project on nthe table to finish first.

I always thought how appropriate it was that the tank had a key painted on it as it WAS the "Key" in opening the door to the bank.

I did indeed take photos of the precess. I have to do a little editing to resize the images to a more forum friendly size.
