I think it's looking spectacular! Why not print the cartouche alone and do the text in hand-done calligraphy? I'd love a few to hand scribe and tint for myself!!

yep that's doable as the text block is a separate piece of lino,
I know the text is a bit iffy but I will give it a third go when its all finished....

yeah the problem was I was trying to get one finished for my sons birthday at the end of November, I just made one in time but "dad" promised he would give the text one more try
