As a lover of calligraphy and illuminated manuscripts, I'm ADORING this! It's gorgeous! Are you going to hand color this with pigments, tempera or gouache or anything? You do fantastic work!

just wated to show the back of the new print now on proper 220lb watercolour paper

slowly getting there, just the raised capitals and possible colouring to-do before the next page

forgot to mention I will be offering these if anybody's interested I am trying to source some really heavyweight watercolour paper for these as normal stuff doesn't realy do the print justice, as to cost about 40-50 dollars all in it all depends how well the plate holds up and the amount of interest and studio hire etc

Absolutely stunning !, the skill and patience required to lino cut at that level is admirable.

I fished out some real vintage lineseed lino tile's out the skip at School in September (we now use biro's and polystyrene tiles for H&S),

I've got all the hand tool's as well but it's just a matter of finding the time !, unfortunately I have my own lasercutter/engraver and I tend to make the easiest and less time consuming option !.
