While we're not being helpful at all... I think the obvious answer is not to use Paypal. Seriously. I can see it for Ebay transactions, but anything else? I know... You have an account and it's "convenient". But then again, so is ripping you off by filing a fraudulent claim. Mmm... Convenience.
You can try that but it's very hard to do. I've never had serious issues with PAYPAL over the years . MO and checks are fine , but too few people take them. I will , but my wife works for a bank so i never have issues with things like that.
cutting out paypal is like a clothing store saying they won't sell to women. You are cutting off a major portion of your business.
