Julie Newmar - Catwoman Costume - Anyone ever make one?

Hello,
I want to add a life sized Catwoman to my collection.
NOT the Hally Barry version BUT the wonderfully elegant
Julie Newmar version.

Or is there a pattern out there?

Does anyone have the necklace and belt?

Tell me more or what you know.

I have seen convention pictures on the net that show
some wonderful costumes but no contact information.

If you know anything to help, please post or PM me.
