Juggernaut Sideshow Version

I was asked to make a Juggernaut costume for Halloween and decided to make the Sideshow version since it's more rugged and but also physically possible to wear for a normal person.



It started out as a plastic salad bowl from Party City. I extended the bottom using posterboard then fiberglassed and rondo'd and bondo'd for strength.


Faceplate cut out and sculpting with bondo.




Finished with hammered metal paint and used foam earplugs for the studs.




With foam mat neck brace.


Added inside brow and finished neck brace.

Thanks SriLanKing! Yeah, I was asked to make this a week into October for Halloween and then he told me that he needs it this Saturday. But I can finish it by then. Just need to get the shoulder pads, arm braces and shins done.

Thanks, not really...but it is top heavy from the bondo sculpt. Might put in a chin strap just to be safe.

I've never seen that Juggernaut before... it looks amazingly like Ram Man. You could probably stick just a red tabard under it if you ever get bored of being Juggs.

I'm overseas for awhile and all my clone armor is stuck in storage for a few more years... I kinda miss it.
