My friend has been wanting to make a juggernaut costume for quite a while and asked me to help him. He didn't have much of a budget, so it was made with a combination of camping foam mats, craft foam, plaster cloth, bondo, and a ton of sanding. But he was happy with the result and that's what really mattered.
Using Blue camping mats to build the under structure
Used a rubber ball, and plaster cloth to get the basic dome structure built
Used Craft foam to "skin" the body of the helmet
Shaped the dome with bondo
First coat of primer before the glazing putty
Final paint job done. The finish turned out great IMO
Final test fitting. He built the rest of the costume but my part was done. Needless to say, he was very happy.
