Joaquin Phoenix HER Clothing/Glasses

Hello! Hey guys I've really fallen for this film, and I was looking to find and buy similar style of Phoenix. I know that a company called Opening Ceremony was affiliated with this film and is selling clothing based on the style but...its very very expensive and not screen accurate. I'm really only interested in the glasses, shirts and red jacket (not the red pea coat). I'll probably have really no luck but maybe someone else is interested too.

Loved the movie as well.
I'm pretty sure all the shirts and clothing were bespoke, but I think we might have a chance with those glasses ...

I don't understand why Opening Ceremony didn't replicate the exact clothes he wears in the movie. I would love to buy that collarless red shirt.

For the shirt "without" the collar, the transfo are easy. Take a shirt that looks closely to the screen shirt and simply remove the collar. What you end up with is exactly the style seen in the movie. Shirt design hasn't changed that much since the early days and they were constructed with that "small collar" you see in the movie...that's when you could actually go to a store and only buy the collar part. (cuffs also could be bought that way, since those areas are the first to be frayed with use);)

I loved this movie too.. More interested in the OS screens and the sounds :)

WOW! Great seeing other people dig this as well! I'm on my way to ordering the warby parker glasses, id also like to order his red pea coat from opening ceremony buuut its like 400 plus bucks and that's kinda breaking the bank. I'm still trying to find a close enough red jacket like the other one he wears at the beginning while walking home from work, and i have no idea how to remove any collar from a shirt lol. I'm also hoping to see maybe a phone case from the movie but probably not. I just like how simple this style is while kind of standing out at the same time. joelgoodson -me too man i would love that red shirt. Honestly i like his blazer too it kind of has a 70s cut along with the pockets:

ugh, the Cole Haan shoes in my size are $200.:facepalm

Why do movies that I like always have a) impossible to find items or b) expensive ones....

Funky, find a seamstress, or maybe one member of your family has a sewing machine or something and undo the stitching holding the first collar in place. What you'll have next is your small collar that'll need to be re-stitched. Voilà;)

Yeah I'd love to have a replica of the phonecase and earpiece so I'll keep a close eye on this thread. Loved this movie.

Here's the best pic I could find for the earpiece. It looks like a found object to me, at least part of it. Does anybody have any idea?

Ugh I noticed I uploaded the wrong picture and now I can't seem to get rid of it. Sorry.
