PS. a little off topic BUT does anyone know if this soundtrack will be released? Ive heard it isnt but Ive found songs popping up on youtube.
 
Any idea about the phone? Looks like it might be custom made, but do you think it has it's base as a found item?

I got the straight answer from the costume designer who worked on the movie: Scratch made, inspired by vintage zippo lighter


Now, is there anybody on the RPF that's good with steel that could make a replica?

Oh and also just got back from the tailor and now I have a colarless red shirt, pretty accurate (but sadly not the same brand)
 
Good to know! The hinge would probably be the hardest part to make, it seems pretty simple apart from that. Maybe if enough people are interested, we could commission a small run?

We could start an interest list in the junkyard? Maybe see if we could get a machinist on board to give us a quote? Maybe Rylo? (Though I'm sure he's slammed)
 
You look great! I'm currently trying to find close enough dress shirts then, using your idea to find a tailor to remove the collar. Trying to find a red dress shirt with the right fit and buttons and pocket is becoming a pain. But I also like this dress shirt but its a total custom:

PS: If anyone has the app ZEDGE, it has ringtones and someone uploaded a decent sounding ringtone of Theodore's ringtone from the movie.

joelgoodson hey man if i can ask how much did your tailor charge for your shirt alteration? I'm going to start calling around my area and I would like to know maybe what I might be charged.

Hi,

the shirt alterations cost me $23 for the collar and more fitted sleeves. Pretty good deal. By the way, my shirt is a Gant Dreamy Oxford.

Not 100% accurate, planning on buying spray paint, did it on a whim with some acrylic. Also, I need to figure out how to do the cone part that goes into the ear.
