Yeah, the shipping to the US is pretty high. I'm hoping to find a US source for the plastazote, or the same thing under a different brand name at least.

Guys. I have been looking for Mats. And well i have found the same brand STEALTH uses and shows in his videos. Here is the link for it Venture Products, Microban, camping, toys, exercise, foam, liners, EPA Also if you have a PEP BOYS near you can check there. Because i found them there.

Mick - that's another page that you can't just buy from. Most likely industrial or wholesale supply, not meant to be purchased by the end used. :/

Both should sell to the public. You're looking for closed cell polyethylene foam, low to mid density.

There's another big supplier in CA, but the site/name is escaping me at the moment. (All I can remember is their website is very yellow).

Some of these manufacturers are old fashioned: You have to call for a quote or to talk to a support rep, ask if they have any "scrap" pieces for sale as well.

I haven't bought any yet. But i will get this one Venture Products, LLC that i found on my local PEP BOYS And it cost $3 less. LOL.

Just a little update on my build manage to complete one whole Iron patriot leg section last night came out really well finishing the other one tonight then just the shoes and the hands to go One question does the calf and thigh attach in any way? or is it just supposed to be unattached?

Im having a problem with the chest piece. Why is the center too small and the bottom too big?

oh and it looks as if the side pannels to the chest overlap immensely. What is with that? Please show photos of what was done cause i cant work on the chest till these questions are answered...

I add a new Iron Man mkVII helmet, modeled by omarbou1 . Thanks to you for this accurate and really good looking version.
I had to simplify it to make it foam friendly, but the original model was full-option, with both splittable jaw and faceplate. It would be worth a try into a standard pep build, if someone would want to unfold it for paper. Please ask him for the source obj file : View Profile: omarbou1 - the RPF

Amazing thread and thank you so much for all the work you have done and continue to do and share with us. Watching Iron man 3 last night I'd like to have ago at making my own Iron (Wo)Man armor. I will ahve to try it later got to get my turian done first.

I'm excited to see whats to come and try building with your files.
