Jericho (TV SHOW) Sheriff Jacket Replica, Identification help.

Hey everyone,
I wanted to work on something simple, quick, and easy to wear at conventions I go to. I need a little help Identifying the jacket used by the Sheriff's in the TV Show Jericho.
To me it looks like a border patrol, tundra type jacket. I am just having trouble find the right one. Take a look at the collar and how I the buttons go up.
Any little bit of information on the jacket will help.

where did you find the patches? Ive been looking for years!

Right now the patches are available on amazon, I got mine off Ebay a few years ago for my fictional agencies patch collection. Rewatched this recently, forgot how good the series had been for mid 2000s tv, even if it is and was cheesy at the time.

Maybe as a kansas cop I'm biased though
