Jawa Vest

Just finished my son's Jawa vest. In ANH a couple of the Jawas were wearing vests. I've never seen a Jawa costume with a vest, so I thought I'd go for it.

It was really easy to make. I used some suede from JoAnn, cut it up, spray painted it to get that "been in the desert forever" look.

It's very easy to make. I used the tusken robe pattern from www.tk409.com as a general guide. Took literally about 5 minutes to cut and sew.

My son won 1st place in the childrens costume contest and I won in the adult for best Star Wars costume!
